We ship to most of the countries around the world using the fastest and most secure delivery methods available to us.

Our Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows (on some promotional offers Free shipping is applied):


The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

**Disclaimer: current COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the logistics network, which has affected the delivery times. As a result, estimated delivery times for some items may be longer than usual.**

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from EMS, DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges.
We will offer you a free-of-charge replacement, if your Heeluu order was damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Support Team.

Together with your request please provide us with:
-Pictures of the damaged item.
-Pictures of the damaged packaging.
Shipping & Return Policy for international orders 
International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Customs fees should be covered by customers, and customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs.

If you refuse to accept your package at customs due to high customs fees, we won't be able to refund you for that order or reship the order via another carrier. In this case, the package will be abandoned at customs.

If you want a refund on your order, you are responsible for paying the customs fee to ship the package back to us. As such, once the package is received back at our warehouse, you will be credited for the cost of your order minus the original shipping charge.

**Customer can return the products ONLY after approval from our Customer Support Team**

*** Please note that not clearing the item out from customs, refusing or not claiming the order, providing a wrong address might cause the parcel to return back to us or be disposed of, in such case, a restocking fee of 15% will apply as per standard return policy, furthermore, $5/item return shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount of the refund ***

Shipping Status:

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we’ll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order changes:

Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. Note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.
Item not received:
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it while the tracking status shows it has been delivered we recommend that you contact the courier to locate your shipment. If the problem persists, please email us at [email protected].
